You receive unlimited email support when you purchase any Data-Trak product. Additional phone support may be obtained by purchasing an extended maintenance agreement (PPS) in yearly intervals. The Premium Product Support contract provides you with one year of free priority toll free telephone support, updates and special upgrade offers.
