Web Request is a great add-on tool for users of the Atlas 2000 program. Using PHP and either MySQL or Firebird databases on the back end you will be able to provide your customers or company personnel a message board for service request using any standard web browser.
Maintenance staff will have the ability to question request to better understand a specific request and to be better prepared to perform corrective actions.
Approved Request can then be moved into the main Atlas 2000 database as a work order.
